Meeting Rooms

Our library has a room designated for use by groups. The following guidelines have been approved by the Library Board. The Library Board neither approves or disapproves of content, topics, subject matter, or points of view of groups using the meeting room. The room is not available for sectarian or religious services or private parties. There are no fees unless repairs are required. General rules governing use of meeting room: 1) No smoking is allowed. 2) Room capacities must be observed. 3) The library is not responsible for accidents, injury, loss or damage to the private property of individuals or organizations meeting in the library or for storage of materials. 4) As a rule, the user is expected to leave the room in an orderly and acceptable condition with all personal property removed and trash placed in receptacles provided. 5) The library reserves the right to determine whether a proposed use of facilities is appropriate and to give or withhold permission for such use.
